It’s officially crazy. After the first four games on Tuesday and Wednesday, the first full day of the NCAA Tournament was played on Thursday with 16 men’s games spread across 12 p.m.

  • Final: No. 4 Kansas 93, No. 13 Samford 89

    The Jayhawks hang on after a late scare by the Bulldogs. Kansas finished with five players with 13+ points. Hunter Dickinson led the way with 19 points and 20 rebounds. The controversial foul at the end is sure to haunt Samford.

  • Samford cut the lead to 1 and then appeared to block a Kansas punt on the other end.

    But a foul was called on that play. Good call?

  • This thing is not over yet. Samford cuts Kansas lead to 2 with 38 seconds left!

  • Kansas fans can rest easy for now. Can the Jayhawks hang on?

  • Final: NC State 80, Texas Tech 67

    The red-hot 11th-seeded Wolfpack stayed hot with an upset win over 6th-seeded Texas Tech. That makes the 6 seed 0-3 today as Tech joins BYU and Oregon as losers on that seed line.

  • Samford is back! At one point, Kansas led 63-41.

  • Final: Washington 66, Drake 61

    Washington State rallies and defeats Drake in the first round. Isaac Jones’ 20 points led the Cougars. Wazzu advances to face Iowa State in the second round.
